Since 2016, Ridgeline Exteriors' commercial division has served apartment complexes, HOA communities, office buildings, and new construction developers throughout the western suburbs of Chicago. We bring the crew capacity, documentation standards, and schedule reliability that institutional and commercial property owners demand.
Who We Serve
Residential siding experience is not enough for the scope, schedule, and documentation demands of commercial property work. Our commercial division was built from the ground up for these clients.
We serve as a preferred exterior contractor for property management firms overseeing residential and commercial portfolios across DuPage, Kane, and Will counties.
We support boards through the full process: site assessment, board presentation, resident communication, phased installation, and post-project documentation for reserve fund records.
Multi-family property owners and investors seeking exterior renovation that improves NOI through reduced maintenance costs, improved tenant retention, and enhanced curb appeal.
Production and custom home builders, and commercial GCs who need a siding subcontractor with crew capacity, schedule reliability, and proper commercial insurance and bonding.

Every commercial project has a named project manager who is your single point of contact from bid to closeout. No routing through a general call center.
We maintain crew capacity to honor our start commitments. We do not overbook and we do not push commercial projects to accommodate residential overflow.
Material submittals, lien waivers, permit records, insurance certificates, and warranty registrations — all provided as a matter of course, not as an extra.
We run multiple commercial crews simultaneously, which allows us to staff multi-building projects properly and work building-by-building rather than piecemeal.
Tenant notification templates, daily site cleanup standards, access window restrictions, and respectful job site behavior in occupied residential environments.
As a Hardie Preferred Contractor since 2013, we are authorized to offer the full 30-year product and 15-year ColorPlus finish warranties on all commercial Hardie installations.
Our Process
Call, email, or submit our contact form. Our commercial team responds within one business day and schedules an initial site walk within 5 days.
We walk the full property, document existing conditions, and identify substrate issues, scope variables, and material options. Assessment is at no cost.
Detailed line-item proposal delivered within 48 hours of the site walk. Includes scope, phasing options, material specs, warranty details, and pricing.
For HOA and ownership-group projects, we attend meetings, answer questions, and provide supporting materials for the approval process.
Phased, documented installation with daily progress updates, proactive communication on any field changes, and strict site cleanliness standards throughout.
Final walkthrough, permit closure, warranty registration, and delivery of complete project documentation binder. Relationship doesn't end at the final invoice.
Client Testimonials
"We manage 14 properties across DuPage County and Ridgeline is our go-to siding contractor. Their project managers communicate proactively, their crews show up as scheduled, and the documentation they provide makes our lives significantly easier."
"Our board was skeptical about siding a 120-unit community. Ridgeline walked us through the whole process at our board meeting, phased the project over two years to match our reserve budget, and the result exceeded what we expected at this price point."
"As a production builder, I cannot afford a siding sub who misses their start date. Ridgeline has been on schedule on every one of our Naperville-area lots over the past three years. They also flag issues early rather than discovering problems at inspection."
